Marisha Simons, Founder
Printadelphia is the project of Philadelphia printmaker Marisha Simons, an alumna and faculty member of The University of the Arts.
Mike Spangler
Lending web and social media support to Printadelphia, Mike is also a member printmaker, specializing in intaglio collagraphs, screenprinting, and letterpress.
Mike discovered his love of screen printing while in high school in Wets York, PA; and while studying graphic design at Kutztown University, explored additional forms of printmaking, particularly collagraphy. More recently, he learned letterpress in courses at UArts with Marisha as instructor.
Mike has spent the past ten years as a member at The Soapbox Community Print Shop & Zine Library in West Philly, and is excited to help Marisha build her new print community in Germantown.
